Lázaro Fonseca Costa Oliveira (born 27 August 1967 in Angola), is a former Angolan footballer and current manager in which he last managed Liga de Honra club F.C. Penafiel.[1] His first managerial job was with C.F. Estrela da Amadora.
He played his whole career in Portugal as a footballer with C.F. Os Marialvas, G.D. Usseira, G.D. Estoril Praia, Louletano D.C., F.C. Penafiel and C.F. Estrela da Amadora. He also played at international level for the Angola national football team where he participated in the 1998 Africa Cup of Nations where Angola where eliminated in the group stages.
